The setting was BEAUTIFUL, very close to Vinwonders park, Safari, Grand world and Casino and the center. Furthermore, so close to many Phu quoc attractions such as the safari which we recommend. The room we booked was beautiful and clean with make-up mirrors, the bedroom. The food was outstanding - lots of options.

Favourable and great location near beach made it easy to get to key attractions. Further, it was close to zoo safari as well as Vinwonders park, Safari, Grand world and Casino. The breakfast was great and there were lots of options.

During Christmas, we received complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The location close to the theme park and zoo was very convenient for our family with young kids. the tuk tuk service provided efficient transportation around the resort.

We were disappointed by the lack of dining options, with only two restaurants available, and the quality of the food was subpar. The private pool was not kept clean and was a letdown.

The location was handy in the beach walk. Moreover, it's adjacent to the restaurants, and the center from VinWonders.

The beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the showers were fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the tuk-tuk service was a nice touch, making it easy to get around. The resort's location was convenient for visiting local attractions.

The private pool was not very clean and didn't look very inviting. there weren't many food options outside of the resort, and the food within the resort was quite pricey, especially the drinks.

Our recent stay at Vinpearl was a delight. The villa was spacious and clean, providing a luxurious atmosphere. The hotel offers a wide range of activities and the restaurant served delicious food. The golf cart rides were convenient and the daycare facility for children was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation.

The hotel offers an array of activities for young families, such as the kid's indoor playroom and tuktuk service to nearby attractions. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well decorated with excellent ocean views. Staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with a range of options to choose from. Free airport pickup and shuttle bus services are available to guests.

The hotel's kitchen facilities are limited for guests as they are not allowed to cook, and if they want to use kitchenware, they have to rent it. Additionally, the hotel's evening shuttle bus to the central area is no longer available.

This hotel provided us with a luxurious experience. The service was top-notch, from the friendly staff to the spa and wellness centre that allowed us to unwind. We also enjoyed the sauna and steam room, as well as the outdoor swimming pool and beach access. The garden area was well-maintained and the BBQ facilities were a great added touch. The beachfront location was perfect for leisurely strolls.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the in-room breakfast, which had limited options. However, the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area made up for it, offering a variety of delicious drinks and bites to eat.

I had an excellent stay with fantastic facilities and wonderful service. The hotel had a great location and was very clean. The staff was friendly and provided quick service. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.
